Un poco sobreestimada, no vale el extra que cobran por subir de noche. Las vistas son impresionantes, al llegar te muestran un video muy lindo. Luego subís a varias terrazas muy grandes con unos vidrios de protección que estan tan pero tan sucios que prácticamente no permite ver nada, y las fotos salen horribles. Entiendo que pasa mucha gente y es complicado mantener la limpieza de los vidrios, pero es algo básico que deberían solucionar de alguna manera. Y si queres subir un poco más te cobran!

A bit overrated, it's not worth the extra charge for going up at night. The views are impressive; they show you a very nice video when you arrive. Then you go up to several very large terraces with protective glass panels that are so incredibly dirty you can barely see anything, and the photos turn out awful. I understand that a lot of people come and go and it's difficult to keep the glass clean, but it's a basic thing they should fix somehow. And if you want to go up a little further, they charge you!

Escogimos a las 19h para ver el anochecer y estaba muy concurrido, creo que tendrían que limitar el aforo, la gente se agolpa en los cristales y parecíamos sardinas enlatadas. Muy caro y no veo bien que pagando más puedas acceder a vistas mejores. Las vistas son estupendas a la ciudad pero el agobio de gente opaca la experiencia.

We chose 7 pm to watch the sunset, and it was incredibly crowded. I think they should limit the number of people allowed; they were crammed against the windows, and we looked like sardines in a can. It was very expensive, and I don't think it's fair that paying more gets you better views. The views of the city are fantastic, but the sheer number of people ruined the experience.

En cuanto al servicio de Civitatis, como siempre, un 10 pero despues de haber subido al Empire State building me he quedado un poco decepcionada, aunque las vistas son muy bonitas tanto hacia el Central Park como hacia el Empire State, había mucha gente en un espacio bastante más reducido que en el Empire...además creo que la hora también ha influido....ver anochecer desde el Empire fue fabuloso mientras que al Top of the rock subimos a las 16:00 con lo que la magia del NYC iluminado se pierde Translate this opinion into English.

As for the service from Civitatis, as always, a 10, but after going up to the Empire State Building, I was a bit disappointed. Although the views are very beautiful both towards Central Park and the Empire State, there were a lot of people in a space that was much smaller than at the Empire... also, I think the time influenced it as well... watching the sunset from the Empire was fabulous, while we went up to the Top of the Rock at 4:00 PM, which means the magic of illuminated NYC is lost. 4 personas en el top of the Rock. Por mal tiempo atmosférico, nada más entrar nos desalojan y no nos dan entrada para otro día, ni devuelven nada Con Civitatis es imposible contactar por más que lo intento. No contrataré más con ellos a menos que rectifiquen

Four people at Top of the Rock. Due to bad weather, we were evacuated as soon as we entered and weren't given tickets for another day, nor were we refunded. It's impossible to contact Civitatis no matter how hard I try. I won't book with them again unless they rectify this.
